Pastor Rodel baptized Andro and Shiela last April 6 in the baptistry of the Community of Faith Church (CFC) in Aguinaldo St., City Subdivision, San Pablo City. For several years now, CFC have been very gracious in lending their baptistry to TBC. The members sang the song “Rock of Ages” , followed by a short message of Pastor Rodel about the significance of the ordinance of baptism.
It was a cause of great joy for TBC members. Welcome Andro and Shiela to your TBC family!

TBC is happy that Gab will be joining his wife Czarina in New Zealand, after three months of separation. Yet every time a member leaves, it is always leaves a tinge of sadness. Carlo Bustamante, who is fondly called by friends and church members as Gab has been a member of TBC for barely few months, yet just like Czarina, he has been a blessing to the church. His love for the Lord and his desire to know more of Him are evident in his life. He likes to read spiritual books and even shares eBooks through the church’ website.
As a way of committing Gab to the…

For the month of July, TBC Women ( singles and married) met together after the corporate prayer meeting (3:00 to 4:00 pm) and talked about a very timely topic on Christian Modesty. Sister BimBim Espinosa of GBC gave an issue of Free Grace Broadcaster on Modest Apparel (Issue 216) to Sister Haydee and this became the basis of their discussion, together with the sermon of Pastor Albert Martin on Christian Modesty. The “mini-seminar” was a rebuke and a reminder that TBC women should exhibit modesty in dressing because it mirrors the condition of the heart. May the Lord spare us from becoming an offence to men and be examples of how Christian women should dress.

Last Sunday (July 14) TBC deacons (Brothers Arnold Diamante, Ave Coronado and Jojo Cuya) were honored in a simple program where the children sang and recited the acronym of TBC DEACONS. Deacon Arnold said that for him, the occasion was not just to honor the deacons but also those who are serving the church in their own way. Deacon Ave on the other hand said that their duty is not just to address the needs of the church but primarily to promote love and unity. They were also asked to partake the food first during the luncheon fellowship. This is another TBC tradition of honoring the deacons.

Last May 26, TBC distributed school supplies to about 100 Sunday School students. Regular attendees were given complete set of notebooks, pad paper and pen. A week after (June 2), TBC delighted the children once again, when each was given a new pair of Spartan slippers. About 65 students went home with big smiles, since their worn out slippers will now be replaced with new ones.
