TBC’s  annual  outing was held  last Saturday (May 25) at Cresta Monte Resort – TBC’s favorite resort. Almost all members came, even Paolo and Anne with two-month old Naomi. The first activity was the monthly prayer meeting, led by Pastor Rodel. It was followed by the highlight of the day – the baptism of mother and daughter – Nanay Delma and Mhay,  and the couple – Rodel and Rhua. It was a shower of blessing, a wonderful harvest of four souls who committed themselves to follow the Lord.

A sumptuous lunch was shared with a whole lechon on the table brought by the Montecillo family, as their treat to the church for the forthcoming wedding of Andrew and Tin Tin on June 1.

Later, Brother Allan led the members in playing three parlor games that put some of the brethren in the spotlight of “kahihiyan” with his “hiya” game and the Pinoy Henyo game – Allan style. Of course, it was all in the spirit of fun and laughter.
Indeed the day was loaded with fun and laughter. But the church rejoiced more to see four souls baptized, and the continued unity of the church in prayer and fellowship. Praise be the Lord!
