Brothers Rojune Aldemo and Ezexiel de Asis were assigned to take the pulpit ministry every 5th Sunday of the month. For the 5th Sunday of June, Roj handled the adult bible class where he discussed Biblical Evangelism. He talked about the Lord’s two mandates for the church: Cultural Mandate and the Great Commission. His sermon in the morning service reinforced his lesson on evangelism, where he expounded the stoning of Stephen and how it led to the expansion of God’s kingdom through God’s work of providence. He titled his message as the “Bloody Providence”.
Brother Ezekiel preached on I John 1:1-3. His sermon was about adoption and how it has changed a Christian’s relationship to God the Father, his relationship to the future and his relationship to himself.
Roj and Ezekiel are both TBC scholars in Grace Ministerial Academy (GMA). Still in their 2nd year, God’s gift of preaching are already evident in them. Promising preachers indeed. Praise God for them.
