After undergoing interview with TBC pastors and the church members, Lowell was accepted  for membership on March 17, 2019 and was baptized by Pastor Rodel on March 24, 2019.

Lowell is from Mindoro. He came from a Catholic background but was led to Lakas Angkan ministry. Later on, when he and his family moved to Cebu by God’s good providence, he had an opportunity to attend the services in Sovereign Grace Church in Cebu. But now that he works in Malvar, Batangas, he sought for a reformed church and found TBC. After several months of attending, he is now a full-pledged member.
